About Me

I help you and your organizations amplify your leadership potential. I believe in the power of collaboration to meet your needs. As an extension of your team, I immerse myself in your vision and goals. I work closely with you to support you and your team on the way to even more effective and impactful leadership.

I recently launched my own leadership development consultancy, drawing on a rich background in social innovation and public health. Before this, I led RNW Media's Love Matters Africa, where I pioneered creative strategies to address sexual and reproductive health and rights with young audiences. In 2019, I joined the Amani Institute’s Global Team, where I had previously studied social innovation management. There, I excelled as Monitoring & Evaluation Manager and later as Global Program Director, spearheading leadership and innovation projects across the globe.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, a Master's in Public Health, and a PhD in Public Health and Family Medicine from the University of Cape Town.

I live on the Kenyan island of Lamu.
